Ron De Mott, owner of Better Home Inspections Inc., started out building high end kitchens along with renovations for Saint Charles Kitchens in Summit, then worked as a journeyman, foreman, and/or supervisor overseeing all aspects of building systems, plumbing, electrical and structural in the Carpenters Union. From there, Ron started building and renovating fine homes for sale in the early 90's. It was during this time, Ron started evaluating homes for investors. These investors needed expert precise information as their profit depended on the inspection. At this point, BHI became, from word of mouth, a growing company. BHI has trained many inspectors in the past that went on to their own successful companies. Ron chose to remain the single working proprietor of BHI as each home gets his undivided attention.
We now have another experienced home inspector, Ryan Mendia. Ryan is a valuable member of our team. He is a very experienced home builder as well as a very experienced pesticide applicator and Ryan can also provide an underground storage tank property sweep if the need arises during your home inspection.
An experienced office manager answers all calls. Lori has attended many accredited seminars and trained on actual home inspections.
